Brad has been a licensed REALTOR® with Property Resources Group for over 15 years, and a Business Intermediary with Murphy Business & Financial – ND (A Business Brokerage division of Property Resources Group) for over 9 years. During that time, he has assisted both Sellers and Buyers with their Real Estate and Business needs in a variety of industries.

Prior to that he spent 15 years working with commercial, municipal and medical organizations arranging loan or lease products for their equipment acquisition needs.  Over those years, Brad refined numerous long standing relationships and contacts within the banking industry and a variety of businesses locally, as well as nationally.

With Brad’s extensive real estate and financial background, he has developed a good understanding of an organization’s general finances and the variety of their real estate and equipment needs.  With this knowledge, Brad can offer unique insight to the complete process of buying or selling real estate, investment properties, and businesses.
