Bradley Sturn

Brad has been a licensed REALTOR® for over three years with Property Resources Group. Prior to that he spent 15 years working with commercial, municipal and medical organizations arranging loan or lease products for their equipment acquisition needs.  Over the years, Brad has refined numerous long standing relationships and contacts within the banking industry and a variety of businesses locally, as well as nationally. 

With Brad’s extensive finance background, he has developed a good understanding of an organization’s general finances and the variety of their real estate and equipment needs.  With this knowledge, Brad can offer unique insight to the complete process of buying or selling real estate and investment properties.

He is a member of the National, North Dakota & Fargo-Moorhead Area Association of REALTOR® and ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers). He is licensed in North Dakota, Minnesota and Arizona.
