Pay Rent Online

Property Resources Group has teamed with the RentPayment Company to offer our residents the option of using a credit card for paying rent. This solution has been implemented to make paying your rent as easy as possible. Twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week you will have the ability to pay rent online or by phone with your Visa, MasterCard or Discover card.

To pay online, click Pay Rent (also on the left side of the screen). You will then select the property where you live and set up your personal account for paying your rent online as often as you choose.

To pay your rent by phone, call the RentPayment Company toll-free at 877-927-7866. One of their friendly Customer Service Representatives will be available to assist you.

*NOTE: Should you pay online or by telephone, a convenience fee will be assessed each time you use the RentPayment feature. This fee is subject to change without notification

The RentPayment Company will process payments for all charges except security deposits and application fees.
